We look forward to meeting you! Many of our patients get to know both of us, but we each have particular interests within our profession.

We are proud to lead Droel Family Dentistry as a truly independent mom-and-pop office. As doctor/owners, we maintain high standards for ourselves and our excellent team - and we love never having to compromise our standards for any higher corporate powers.

"I am an avid runner, and I stay very busy on my days off volunteering at our kids' school and sports events."

In our continuing education, we spend a lot of time (far more than the state requires) pursuing advanced training in cosmetic dentistry, reconstructive dentistry, pediatric care, dental implants, medical/dental connections, and patient comfort.

Recent courses of study include hands-on American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry training in ceramic veneers, intensive education at the Spear Institute in Scottsdale, Arizona (TMJ disorders, tooth-colored cosmetic restorations, and complex treatment planning and sequencing), and at the Pankey Institute in Key Biscayne, Florida (Invisalign).

Closer to home, we meet and collaborate regularly with some of the best dental specialists and dentists in the area through the North Oaks Spear Study Club and OMS Spear Study Club. Dr. Andy is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the Minnesota Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Natalie is affiliated with the American Association of Women Dentists.

Our home, in North Oaks, is very lively thanks to our two young daughters and a fairly well-behaved young dog.
